Influencer Partnerships – Nordent Instruments

When I began working with Nordent Instruments in 2023, the brand faced a major challenge: its Instagram audience was 80% based in Pakistan—largely vendors rather than customers—while only 30% of followers were located in the U.S., where Nordent actually conducts business. Additionally, Facebook growth had stalled at just 7% year-over-year.

To address this, I implemented a strategic influencer and affiliate marketing program paired with high-quality product photography, video content, and viral Reels. Partnering with trusted U.S. dental hygienists and creators such as @toothfairyzo, @redhead.rdh, @flossinwithlauren, and @hygieneedge, I helped reposition Nordent as a premium, U.S.-based dental brand trusted by professionals.

The result: by January 2024, Nordent achieved a 153% increase in followers, a 7,600% boost in reach, and a dramatic audience shift—now 48% U.S.-based and only 41% in Pakistan.

I managed every aspect of these collaborations, including influencer list building, contract negotiation, creative direction, and campaign oversight, ensuring each partnership aligned with brand goals and delivered measurable growth and engagement within Nordent’s true customer base.
